"We’ve only got a few things to say about Legacy Homes and Lorrie & Travis: You will never find better people to work with and even more important great people- Period!  We had been looking for a home in Goochland with 1st floor living since we are getting up in years and climbing steps was becoming a real chore. My wife saw Swann’s Inn Estates in one of the real estate lists and we decided to go have a look. We met Travis and Lorrie on Saturday at one of the houses they were finishing up and immediately saw the quality of construction and finishing they put into their product and were sold. We signed a contract to purchase the following Monday morning! When Travis and Lorrie tell you something in relation to the new house it happens as promised and even better, when you ask for modifications or alterations from original plans, Travis makes it happen. We made modifications and additions constantly throughout the build and Travis and Lorrie were wonderful about accommodating us. Not only were Travis and Lorrie great, but their subs are the best! From the masons to the roofers, and the trades in between, all went above and beyond to do what we wanted and the way we wanted it done. All of the vendors/suppliers were receptive, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful with the selection process for the various features like electrical fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, tiling, etc. I know you could not make a better choice for your new home construction." S.
